During the phases the same Business Requirements Catalogue is used. The status of the Business Requirements Catalogue
changes according to the activities performed. During the As-Is Understanding there might be new business requirements
added to it creating the Business Requirements Catalogue (Draft).
If an existing Business Requirements Catalogue is used as input for the engagement it is part of the Consolidated And
Validated Intake Report. By adding the new business requirements the Business Requirements Catalogue (Draft) is created
during the As-Is Understanding.
If the engagement has a very limited As-Is Understanding phase, the existing Business Requirements Catalogue is renamed
Business Requirements Catalogue (Draft) at the end of the phase.
